Can I import my existing members into Tuckly?

Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV export from your current software or spreadsheet. Tuckly maps the columns, detects duplicates and imports plans, expiry dates and balances. Our team does the migration free on Growth and Pro plans.

Does Tuckly support family or corporate memberships?

Yes. Family plans share one bill across members; corporate plans let you invoice an employer monthly while each employee gets their own check-in and app access.

Can members freeze their membership?

Members can request a freeze from the app and staff approve it in one tap. The expiry date extends automatically and billing pauses for the freeze period.
