A gym management system (GMS) is the set of connected tools a gym uses to manage its members, money, doors and schedule. At the centre is a member database; around it sit billing, attendance and access control, class scheduling, messaging, invoicing, a member app and reporting. The word “system” matters: each part reads from the same record, so when a member pays, their access turns on and their reminder stops, without a human touching three different apps.

Hardware that plugs into the system
Tuckly works with the check-in and access hardware gyms in United Arab Emirates already use: fingerprint and face-recognition devices, RFID card and fob readers, QR scanners and turnstile or door controllers. The device asks Tuckly whether the member is active and paid; Tuckly answers in real time and logs the visit. You can start with zero hardware using QR check-ins from the member app.

Security, backups and owning your data
Tuckly runs on encrypted cloud infrastructure with daily backups, role-based staff permissions and audit logs. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Tuckly. Your data is yours: export members, payments and attendance to Excel at any time, and on Pro plans use the API to connect accounting or marketing tools.
