At the centre is a member database; around it sit billing, attendance and access control, class scheduling, messaging, invoicing, a member app and reporting. Hardware that plugs into the system

Members see their membership, payments, bookings and progress in the app. Everyone looks at the same data, so there is nothing to reconcile at month end.
Security, backups and owning your data
Tuckly runs on encrypted cloud infrastructure with daily backups, role-based staff permissions and audit logs. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Tuckly. Your data is yours: export members, payments and attendance to Excel at any time, and on Pro plans use the API to connect accounting or marketing tools.
