Branded member app: common questions
Is the member app really branded with my gym's name?
Yes. On Growth and Pro plans, Tuckly publishes a white-label version with your name, icon and colours on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Starter gyms use the Tuckly app with their gym profile.
Can members pay from the app?
Yes. Members see dues and renewals and pay via Direct debit, Cards and Apple Pay. Payments are recorded instantly and a receipt is sent automatically.
