How much does Tuckly cost in Canada?
Tuckly starts at $65 per month in Canada for the Starter plan, $129 for Growth and $259 for Pro, billed in CAD. Annual billing gives you two months free. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full features and no credit card required. Import your members, connect Stripe and run your gym on Tuckly before you pay.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; annual plans are discounted and refundable within 14 days under our refund policy.
What counts as an active member?
A member with a membership that is currently valid (including frozen). Expired, archived and lead records do not count towards your plan limit.
Do you charge transaction fees on payments?
No. You pay only your payment gateway's standard rates (Stripe). Tuckly never adds a percentage on top.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Does the price include GST/HST?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST/HST. GST/HST at the applicable rate is added on your Tuckly invoice, which includes our Business number (BN) so you can claim input credit where eligible.
Do you offer discounts for multiple locations or NGOs?
Yes. Chains with more than five locations, franchises and non-profits get custom pricing. Contact sales for a quote.
