How do I remind gym members to pay their fees politely?

Lead with their name and plan, state the amount and due date clearly, give a one-tap way to pay (link, UPI or card) and thank them. Keep it short and send it 3 days before the due date, on the day, and again 3 and 7 days after.

What is the best channel for payment reminders?
